Robert "Bobby" Fleming
On behalf of RBMHA with great regret we announce the passing of Bobby Fleming. Bobby has been a permanent fixture at our rinks for over 40 years. His dedication to amateur sport and the art of timekeeping for so many years is a huge accomplishment and a showing of solid dedication.
Always there to help and with a smile on his face, a joke, or a conversation about anything. Most of us have seen Bobby around the rinks since we were kids, and he remembered everyone by name. We hoped to see him around for a long time and never would have expected his life to have ended so prematurely. We offer our condolences to all his friends and family, his memory will live on in our rinks forever, you can be sure of that.
Please see the attached Certificate of Appreciation from the NOHA, sadly we were not able to get it to him in time for him to see it. We are hoping to post it at the Azilda arena in the coming months.
