RBMHA Parents,
First of all, I would like to introduce myself, my name is Julie Dubois, and I will be the new President of RBMHA this upcoming season.
I have been part of this board for over 10 years, and held many titles throughout that time, which I believe has prepared me for this next step as president. I have 2 boys currently in the association and 2 older children who have finished, so I have been in RBMHA as a parent for over 18 years.
As we get ready for the upcoming season, my main goals are:
1.
Player Development: Helping our players improve their skills by having development clinics throughout the year.
2.
Coaching Support: Ensuring our coaches have access to the resources they need and making sure they have the necessary qualifications.
3.
Community Engagement: Strengthening our sense of community by including local-owned businesses whenever feasible.
4.
Safety: Maintaining a safe environment for everyone who is involved with Rayside Balfour Minor Hockey.
5.
Communication: Keeping you informed on what is going on throughout the season with NOHA and RBMHA.
I believe that with your support, we can achieve great things for our players. I look forward to meeting you and working together to make this season fantastic.
